4-Roller Plate Bending Machine W12S-20X2500
Main features:
The machine adopts the four-roller structure with the upper roller as the main drive, providing the plates bending with torque through the engagement between the gear of the moderator and the gear of the upper roller.
The lower roller moves vertically and imposes a force on the piston via. The hydraulic cylinder.
Outer rollers are arranged on both sides of the two inner lower roller. And make inclining movement along the guide rail, and are provided with drive through the lead screw nut and worm gear.
The advantage of this is that the preliminary bending and rolling of the top ends of the plates be done on the same machine.
